This is Bruce & Violette's car. It's 1963 Z06 Stingray that Dave MacDonald drove at the LA Times 3hr Enduro at Riverside
Oct 14, 1962. It's the first '63 Z06 ever made and Chevrolet flew Dave & Sherry MacDonald out to the Chevy plant in St.
Louis to personally receive the racer. They drove the car back to their home in El Monte California and Sherry says heads
were turning the entire way. Photo courtesy of Vette Vues

Great article by D. Randy Riggs describing the event.

You gotta love that Bruce Jacobs vintage races this historical Vette! Here he is running hard at Sears Point.

Photocopy of the original window sticker on the car when Dave & Sherry picked it up at Chevrolet's factory in St. Louis.
Sherry presented the ORIGINAL sticker to Dr Jacobs as a gift ... talk about valuable documentation!
